When dates are agreed a provisional booking will be made and a booking form emailed or sent to you.

Your provisional booking will be held for 7 working days allowing you time to complete and sign the booking form and return it with a deposit payment either by posting to our UK office or return by email. 

Your booking will be confirmed with a Booking Confirmation and Invoice once your deposit and completed Booking Form are received.

Payment of the Balance

The balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks in advance of your holiday departure date.
