HOW TO BOOK

Please either call or email us for latest availability, enquiries or a 'no obligation' quotation .  Alternatively, feel free to use the form at our 'Contact Us' page

When dates are agreed a provisional booking will be made and a booking form emailed or sent to you.

Your provisional booking will be held for 7 working days allowing you time to complete the booking form and return it with a deposit of £100 (or Euro equivalent) per person either by posting to our UK office or return by email. 

Your booking will be confirmed with a Booking Confirmation and Invoice once your deposit and completed Booking Form are received.

Payment of the Balance

The balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks in advance of your holiday departure date.

* All weeks start on a Sunday (we find flights are cheaper and roads are quieter and of course you get to ski on a Saturday which can be the quietest day of the week!!) Except for Christmas, New Year and Summer Self Catering Holidays which start on a Saturday

* Booking deposit of £100 per person

* Balance due 10 weeks before holiday departure date

* Payments may be made in Euros or Pounds Sterling (based on exchange rate of 1.23) by bank to bank transfer or cheque (details provided with invoice)

WHATS' NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

* Flights are NOT included in our prices

* Please ensure you have your own travel insurance as this is NOT included in our price

        * Ski hire, ski instruction and ski passes are NOT included in our prices
